Accurate Information: You agree to provide truthful data and update it as needed.
Consent to Share Data: By applying, you authorize us to share your information with lenders to facilitate loan offers.
Prohibited Activities: You may not use our Services for illegal purposes, fraud, or to harm our systems.
Loan Matching: We submit your application to lenders in our network but do not control their decisions.
No Endorsement: Lender inclusion in our network does not imply endorsement.
No Financial Advice: Our Services are informational only; we do not provide financial or legal advice.
Lender Terms: Loan terms (rates, fees, repayment) are set by lenders, not Trueline Credit.
No Liability: We are not liable for lender actions, breaches, or disputes.
External Sites: Links to lender websites are provided for convenience; we do not control their content.
No Borrower Fees: Our brokerage services are free for borrowers.
Lender Fees: Lenders may charge origination fees, interest, or penalties (disclosed in their agreements).
Ownership: All content (logos, text, software) is owned by Trueline Credit or licensors.
Limited License: You may access our Services for personal, non-commercial use only.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause.
Services “As Is”: We make no warranties about accuracy, reliability, or outcomes.
No Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
You agree to indemnify Trueline Credit against claims, damages, or losses resulting from your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Arbitration: Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration (not court) under AAA rules.
Class Action Waiver: Claims must be brought individually, not as a class or representative action.
